Description:
Mixed development of 130 private luxury apartments
and 173 social and key worker apartments, offices
and retail units.

Multi service installation comprising of all basement and
lower level services and 20 floors of apartments.

Mechanical and Public Heath Services
	All cast iron suspended soil, vent and rainwater
	pipe work including foul and surface water pumping
	stations.
	All mains and boosted water services including tanks,
	booster sets, distribution and riser pipe work.
	Central chilled water system comprising of air-cooled chillers, pumping equipment, energy metering,
	distribution and riser pipe work.
	Sound and anti vibration control.
	Fire suppression and dry riser systems.
	Car park smoke extract and ventilation.
	Infrastructure ventilation systems, including 2 and 4 hour rated systems.
	Building management system.
	Refuse chute installation.
	All UPVC stacks and apartment soil and vent pipe work.
	Apartment hot and cold water services.
	Supply and installation of all sanitary ware.
	Kitchen and bathroom ventilation.
	Comfort cooling including fan coils units and penthouse split systems.

Electrical Services
	Low voltage panels and sub mains distribution cabling.
	Rising busbar, tap-offs, metering and distribution.
	General power and lighting for infrastructure.
	General lighting and power for apartments including mode lighting.
	Specialist entrance foyer lighting installation.
	Fire alarm and AOV smoke shaft system.
	TV and satellite installation.
	Door entry, door access and CCTV installation.
	Sound system.
